Position: Optometric Assistant

Location: ClearLight Eyecare, North Vancouver

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Training: Fully provided – Optical experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct pre-tests and assist in patient examinations.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
Sell frames and lenses, assisting patients in selecting the best options for their needs.
Educate patients on eyewear, lens options, and post-exam care.
Ensure an organized display of products.
Support the clinic manager in optometrist in daily operations.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in retail, healthcare, or customer service (optical experience preferred).
High School Diploma required
Ability to work in team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the clinic’s success.
